Company Overview
Lao Refinery Co., Ltd. is duly organized and existing under the laws of Lao P.D.R. and having its registered office at Vientiane, Lao P.D.R. Our principle activities shall include distillation, wholesale and retail trade.
The Company has a partnership with Lao State Fuel Company (LSFC), a 100% State enterprise belong to the Ministry of Commerce. LSFC has transportation fleet, warehouses and more than 200 gas stations around the country and its market share is more than 50% of the total consumption in Lao P.D.R.
The Company is currently building its oil refinery including oil storage tanks and fuel supply systems at Xaysetha District, Vientiane, which will tentatively be completed by the end of Y2015.
